Description
These light brackets mount in your lower grill allowing you to position the lights where YOU want them. I’ve had a set with Hella 500’s on my Alltrack for a year now with no issues, even through a winter here in Buffalo, NY!
Made from durable 3D printed ABS plastic. Be smart about your selection of lights to use with these mounts. They are only as strong as the lower grill….
Installation is easy:
- Remove top cover plate, 2 fasteners (T25).
- Using a long claw retriever tool, lower the bracket from the inside of the grill.
- Then pull out through the grill from the outside.
- While holding the mount, slide collar until the holes line up.
- Install fastener (T15) and hexnut.
- (You may want to put a lock washer (not supplied) to stop the fastener from hitting the lower bodywork under the mount. It just touched on my car.
- It’s ready for your driving/fog light kit!

Wasn’t expecting them to fit so perfectly through the lower grill. Super excited to mount them. They do block the sensor a little, so if you have the DAP, it may block a little, but otherwise these are perfect. Can’t wait to have them mounted officially.

While deciding on the position on the lower grill, it occurred to me how nice it would be to have (another thinner bracket) to position lights on the upper grill. Didn’t work as planned. Bought these for a 2019 vw Jetta s (not per description) the bracket itself worked. The sleeve didn’t (not sellers issue) I’d like to see these made for the lower square grills in the near future though. A lot of people looking to mount fog lights on the newer jettas. Great product. Still not disappointed. Ended up just strapping the bracket directly to the lower grill and works perfectly
