Description
A customer asked me to make a snap in Dash Blank with a switch for their van. Here you are, choice of just a blank or with an included 3-Way switch.
Note:
- Color: Black
- Made from quality 3D printed ABS plastic, as all vehicle interior parts should be. 😉
Installation tips:
-
- The best way to install is to remove the instrument cluster from the vehicle and place on a workbench or table.
- Gently guide the part into place so that the rectangle lines up with the cutout while gently squeezing the tabs inward slightly.
- Once in place, you may need to press the tabs gently outward to assure proper locking.
- Firmly push from the rear to lock into place.
- Test for proper fitment by pressing from the front, it should not move.

This one gets 10 stars. It fit perfectly in the space for an extra switch, and operates with a much nicer feel than the 1960-Chevy-quality click-clack switches that VW used in the Vanagon. It turns on an auxiliary oil pressure gauge.

Exactly what I was looking for to control my driving and fog lamps. Looks almost stock.

Please note that I do not control shipping costs to Canada. 🙁
